This is a used Hewlett Packard 8662A Synthesized Signal Generator. Highly regarded in the RF test and measurement industry for its excellent spectral purity and low phase noise, this instrument covers a frequency range of 10 kHz to 1280 MHz. This specific unit also features installed Option 003.

Used - Fair Condition / Sold AS-IS. Please read carefully before purchasing. We have plugged this unit in and it successfully powers on. The front panel buttons respond and the red LED digital readouts illuminate clearly. However, we do not have the specialized engineering expertise to fully test its RF signal outputs, modulation, or overall calibration. Because of this, it is being sold strictly AS-IS, with no guarantees of full functionality, and may require service or repair by the buyer.

Cosmetically, the unit shows significant wear consistent with age and heavy lab use. Most notably, a large section of the front-left plastic bezel/corner is cracked off and missing. The metal casing exhibits typical scuffs, scratches, and handwritten marker notations.
