This couch is used, but in good condition overall - just a few minor marks as seen in the photos. It has nice thick cushions, so it's very comfortable. Dimensions: 80"W x 36"D x 38"H.

This couch is used, in fair/good condition. The main seats are in good shape, but there are minor tears on the side of each arm as shown in the photos. Still, it would work great in a college dorm room or a rental home. Dimensions: 88"W x 39"D x 36"H. We also have a matching 2-seat couch as well.

We have 7 of these High Point Furniture 1737 Genesis Team Chairs available. All seven of the chairs include the little tray for filling out paperwork, etc. Three of the chairs also include a cup holder. They would be awesome in lobby or a waiting room. They have a black vinyl, and the finish is mahogany. They all have wheels under the base, so they can be easily moved around. They are used, but in good condition.

The set includes the couch (National Item #: N85LB), both chairs (National Item #: N85LA), and the table (item number unknown). Normal full retail pricing on this set when new was over $5000. It would look amazing in a small reception area where you want to make a nice impression.
