Return and Refund Policy
At NRSmart, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return shipping address.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Remorse: For returns due to a change of heart or "buyer's remorse," the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Defective or Damaged Goods: If the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, NRSmart will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid return label.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.
6. Restocking Fees
We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
