We have 54 of these painted black wood guest chairs available. Some are in excellent shape, some just good with some chipping in the paint. The seats are painted wood, and the legs are silver painted metal. They ARE stackable, but we didn't put them in the stacking category, because they have potential for the paint to get chipped when you stack them. Still, if you need to, they stack together nicely.
