Equip your molecular biology or clinical laboratory with this used Benchmark Scientific PlateFuge Microplate Microcentrifuge. This compact, "mini" sized benchtop centrifuge is specifically designed for the quick and easy spinning down of droplets in PCR plates or standard microplates.
The unit features a distinctive transparent blue lid and a custom-designed dual-position swing-out rotor. When the unit spins, the plates automatically swing outward to a truly horizontal position, ensuring that droplets are forced to the very bottom of the wells rather than hitting the side walls! It operates on standard 120V power and is an excellent space-saving addition to any workstation.

Condition & Testing Notes
Used - Untested (Working Pull). These units were recently acquired from a fully operational professional laboratory environment. Everything we have sold from this specific facility so far has been in great working condition, so we are highly confident in the quality of their equipment!
Because we do not have the specialized microplates or balancing tools to properly test high-speed rotational balance and safety interlocks, we cannot guarantee full functionality. They are being sold as untested "working pulls," but we do offer our standard return policy if a unit does not meet your expectations when you get it set up on your bench!
Cosmetically, the units remain in structurally sound condition, exhibiting typical signs of standard lab handling, including light scuffs on the body. Important Cosmetic Note: Because we have multiple units, cosmetic conditions will vary slightly. Specifically, one of the available units has a visible cosmetic crack/deep scratch across the top of the transparent blue plastic lid. Both hinges and latches operate smoothly.
